What is the Nomura First Step Programme?

With graduate jobs being so competitive it is vital for students to begin building their CVs and planning their career paths before they reach university. With this in mind, Nomura are looking for talented Sixth Form/Year 13 students to join their exciting programme. 

The First Step programme is tailored to coach students on job application techniques, CV writing skills and interview performance, as well as introducing them to a corporate environment and the potential that could await them in an investment banking career. This will give students the confidence to make informed decisions about their futures and use their new found experience, knowledge, networks and skills.

Ideal candidates are ambitious, intellectually curious, top performers and have high potential.
