The U12 Hockey team made a fantastic start to the season, winning their first game. On 3 October, we travelled to Chislehurst & Sidcup Grammar to play 7-a-side hockey. We had been training hard in lessons and some of us had been refining our skills further at Hockey Academy on Tuesdays after school, so we made a confident start, attacking straight away. We were the first team to break through the defensive line and Amelia scored. After that, we were far more confident with the ball and worked together as a team and more importantly, we had fun. At the end of the game, we were excited to have won 4-1. Well done to Soraya for being awarded Player of the Match. 

The U13 Hockey team also did well in their match against Chislehurst & Sidcup Grammar on 7 November. It was a very close game, with some good defensive and attacking play. The final score was 0-0 and the Player of the Match was Sienna. Well done to all!
