Years 7 & 8 earlier this term entered the UKMT Junior Mathematics Challenge and now the results are in. As is always the case, this challenge requires the students to use all areas of their mathematical knowledge to solve problems such as this:

Well done to all students that took part. The school achieved 21 bronze, 11 silver and three gold awards.

Congratulations to the best in school, Sophia, who scored 100 points and qualified for the Junior Olympiad. We also had two qualify for the Junior Kangaroo. Go Mathletes!
