We have received a lovely letter of thanks from The Reverend Shepherd on behalf of the helping Hands Foodbank for refugees in Lewisham.

‘I’m writing to you on behalf of ‘AFRIL’ and our parish, to thank you for supporting the Helping Hands Foodbank this through your harvest appeal. We’re incredibly grateful for the interest that you’ve shown, and the practical support that you’ve provided.

 

Please do pass on our thanks to all the members of your school community; their generous donations have made a difference to families in need, and will help to keep our food cupboard stocked for the next few months.’

This is the third year that we have been able to support this charity through donations of food so thank you once again for your generosity.
