On Thursday 24 September, every Year 11 student had a one-to-one feedback interview with an external team of careers advisors from My Future Choice.

As part of the Futures Programme, all Year 10 students undertake two careers assessments during the summer term; the feedback interviews at the beginning of Year 11 explore these results in detail. It is a great opportunity for students to consider their strengths, interests and possible career options.

It was lovely to hear how much the students appreciated the 1-1 chat and the virtual meetings – our first time conducting the interviews like this! Worked exceptionally well.
