On the 23 June, the Year 12 students took part in a UCAS forum and, for the first time, it was completely virtual.

The day was a complete success and introduced our students to a wealth of ideas and opportunities. Lily Macdonald from Investin spoke to students about interview skills and how to prepare for both virtual and face-to-face interviews, giving students the confidence to help ‘sell’ themselves in this ever-changing careers market.

Jane Macdonald from Optimising Futures, also gave some sage advice about writing personal statements and how to engage with the process of self-evaluation and reflection on skills and competencies.

This is, certainly, an exciting time for our aspiring university students!
