When NHS Doctor Deborah Braham put out her plea for visors, it very quickly became a London wide movement with thousands of different people wanting to get involved and help as best they can.
A parent of Blackheath High School joined the initiative at the beginning of April. Over the past three weeks, she and her children have made over 177 visors and are still making more to help support the NHS.
They have found that not only does it help our NHS key workers, it also helps the girls feel empowered and useful during this crisis.
We want to say a huge thank you to them for their hard work in making these visors. If you would like to get involved or want more information on the initiative, then you can find out here.
