The girls in Year 2 have been learning all about Captain Tom Moore, who decided to walk around his garden 100 times to raise £1000 for the NHS. 

We followed Tom’s progress as he surpassed his target of £1000 to raise over £28 million. The girls decided to make a special birthday message for Tom’s 100th birthday, which we posted to the twitter page #makeacardfortom.
