On Wednesday 16 January, Year 7 were asked to 'welly up' for what has now become a Geography Department annual charitable event; the Great African Welly Walk!

The girls walked a trail through the beautiful Greenwich Park in order to raise money for FarmAfrica, a charity helping farmers in Africa grow more, sell more and sell for more.

Year 7 are currently studying Africa in their lessons and supporting a charity was a great way to illustrate how NGOs can support farmers in a sustainable way.
