The BHSA has continued to build on its community work this term, culminating in another hugely successful Quiz Night, where past, present and prospective parents, and staff, competed for prizes donated by local businesses, caught up with friends and raised money for the school in the process.
Our very popular Mothering Sunday Surprise gift fundraising is now live - limited numbers of gifts available so book early to avoid daughter-disappointment. Tickets for our summer events including our Fete, our Camp Nights & our Parents' Summer Party all go on sale after the half term.
And of course, the whole purpose of the BHSA is to enhance and enrich the Blackheath High experience for every student. After a parent vote on funding allocation, we’re delighted to say that students will soon be benefitting from a range of new equipment, including 3D printers in both schools, and more sustainable, drought-resistant Forest School & Wellbeing gardens - all of which have been funded by your donations, event attendance and second-hand uniform purchases. We’re also well on our way being able to fund a brand-new climbing wall! This year’s fundraising will hopefully enable us to deliver that very soon.
