In the latest from our Wollstonecraft Speaker Series talks, we were delighted to welcome back entrepreneur Jo Chavasse from Freckles Childcare, who gave a passionate and insightful talk about her business and the benefits of taking a gap year, using her student graduates as examples.  

Freckles Childcare train and supply nannies to look after families over key events such as festivals, ski seasons, parties, weddings and other special events. As well as providing great opportunities to meet other people, develop interpersonal skills and become a qualified nanny, the Freckles nanny training course will also qualify students for the Gold Duke of Edinburgh residential element of their award. Ms Chavasse also highlighted the importance of continually and proactively sourcing career & development opportunities along a student’s journey – as life’s opportunities don’t always fall at your feet!
