Blackheath High School is looking for an inspiring and innovative Teacher of Computer Science to join a vibrant and thriving department within an exceptional school.
As a Teacher of Computer Science, you will deliver enthusiastic and engaging teaching to students from across the school, ensuring that all pupils are equipped to fulfil their potential in Computer Science. Drawing on your own passion for the subject, you will help your students to understand the fundamental principles and concepts of Computer Science, facilitating their ability to problem solve, as well as think analytically, logically and critically.
You will be an enthusiastic, positive and hard-working individual, with excellent subject knowledge and the ability to inspire and motivate students. You will be either a well-qualified graduate, skilled ECT or an experienced teacher, who is capable of teaching Computer Science up to A Level. In addition to this, sound behaviour and classroom management skills, along with the ability to work well as part of a team, is essential.
