As part of their Geography studies, 14 intrepid Year 11 students ventured to Juniper Hall Field Studies Centre in Surrey to study changing river characteristics and the impact of urban sprawl on London's Greenbelt.
The students thoroughly enjoyed their time skipping through a real Oxbow scar and meeting the friendly residents of Ashtead and Brockham. A highlight was the bonfire where they feasted on toasted marshmallows and Colin and Connie the Caterpillar! A well deserved treat for all their hard work.
